Lynette was very helpful and calming through the mortgage process. The only issue we had was at the end where there was a time crunch issue with getting closing monies finalized. However, I am not certain who was to blame. I would be happy to work with her again.

I can't say enough of the way Lynette handled this transaction. She was so professional, prompt and available no matter what time of day or night you called her. She definitely worked on my best interest. In the past I have used the same loan officer for all my transactions, this was the first time I have used anyone else. Lynette has surpassed all my expectations and I would highly recommend her.
