Lola made sure we understood the process, answered any questions we had (and we had a lot 😁). She made this experience for us, as this was our first time purchasing a home, so incredibly smooth, kept us informed all the way through, and was just there for us. She is very professional individual. Some of the texts/ emails weren't up to par with her capabilities. I know she is a very good employee and person. So I expect perfection.
