Billy Campbell and his team are heroes! I have trusted them on a personal level and also to my clients buying real estate or refinancing. They are honest, professional, diligent, extremely knowledgeable and offer so many loan options. Often the general public often doesn't realize the importance of a strong, capable lender and they'll just call their bank or just any lender, but you REALLY need someone who has a strong track record and a reputation for always coming through every time and on time. This team is also honest if you are not qualified and won't lead you on if you're not yet ready. There are many lenders out there, but I can't emphasize the importance of having a GREAT lender enough. This team is AMAZING!!

Amazing team, Trustworthy and Transparent. As people who want to be active in our financial decisions, the team at Primary Residential Mortgage not only provided us with full transparency about our loan and the process, but also gave us expert advice for us to consider as we made choices for our loan. They were constantly communicating with us throughout the process and once closing came, we had complete trust that the loan aspect of the deal would be handled without issue.
