This is our second time using Dave and Primary Residential Mortgage. Dave is absolutely outstanding to work with and always available to answer questions and explain everything in a clear way. We had a terrible real estate agent, and Dave went above and beyond to keep everything on track for our desired closing date. We spent hours on the phone throughout the process and Dave was honest and definitely is an expert in his field. We strongly recommend!!!
