Having engaged in multiple real estate transactions from coast-to-coast over a period of more than thirty years, I have experience dealing with many many loan officers. For me, Lori Muller is a stand-out. She absolutely shines with customer service focus, skill, experience, and winning personality. She knows her business, effectively manages a talented team, and communicates both internally and externally with clarity and in a timely manner. Hard to imagine a more effective loan officer anywhere! Ownership, co-workers, and clients alike are fortunate to have her!

During the pandemic it was hard purchasing a house and I know that the process was stressful for us, but everything fell into place and Lori really helped us figure everything out. Lori is a good person and has still kept in touch with us even after we closed on our home, just checking in to make sure we are doing okay.

My loan and closing couldn't have gone smoother. I was skeptical at first because the initial application was done on my computer but Lori got back to me immediately and the process was painless. The best part of working with Lori is that either she or her assistant got back to me with lightning speed when I had a question or concern. I felt like I was her only loan when obviously she had dozens more.
