Lisa-Marie is absolutely amazing....I have never had someone take such a personal interest in my future. She absolutely, positively, undoubtedly cared that I understood the process, knew what steps I needed to take, and knew what everything meant. Having someone explain the "WHY" of a situation always makes it more sensible and Lisa-Marie told me every who, what, when, where, AND WHY. 'Mortgage' is a foreign language but she took the time to explain all of it. I have since done 3 more properties with her and have referred all of my family. She is my Mortgage Lady for life!!

Lisa-Marie was incredible to work with! We had a very special circumstance/hurdles to get through in order to get funding and she helped us achieve that goal by walking through every step with us! I believe she went way up and above what she had to do, but thank goodness she did! Thank you !!!

Lisa always told us come closing we would love her. In fact that was the case. She quotes everything as worse case cenario. We paid $5,000 less than expected at closing. Amazing!

Lisa-Marie and her team are nothing short of AMAZING! She is fast, efficient, and such a joy to work with. She made sure we understood every single part of the loan process (from beginning to end). We will most definitely use Lisa-Marie for any future mortgage needs!

Lisa-Marie was incredibly helpful when we bought our first house! She answered all our my questions quickly and thoroughly which really put me at ease. She kept checking on us while we waited to close as well as provided information for anything we may want to change in the future with our loan. We sold that house and will definitely be contacting her again when we look for our next house.
