Unfortunately the fact that we were not told that due to the people purchasing the hours we were selling needing to extend their closing date we would be charged an additional $1,800 to extend our interest rate, we were not able to charge them that rate. When we saw the charge on our disclosures 1 it was too late for us to recoup those charges from our buyers and 2 it was not explained to us clearly what it was. It is my feeling that we should be reimbursed for part of these funds.
