Joe Swearingen did a phenomenal job getting us a cash-out refinance and reasonable rate for our home. Joe was very transparent every step of the way and provided me his cell phone in case I needed to send him a quick message and get a fast response in return. Our communications was great and I never felt lost at any time during the entire process. Even though we never met in person, Joe was also pleasant to speak with over the phone and I'm sure meeting him in person would have been a delight as well.
What really impressed me was their online tool that they use for gathering information, documentation, etc. which made the entire process simple to use. I was very impressed with his easy it was to understand and navigate through the website. Emails were sent once a process was completed and you always feel in the loop.
Great job Joe and I hope you can continue your friendly help towards others in need of home financing.
