Kevin and his team are knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant to work with. The team made home buying a smooth experience from start to finish and explained things along the way, which made things so much easier for us. We have bought 3 homes now with them, and if we ever decide to move again we will use them in the future.

Everything was great from the information needed to get the loan started all the way up to closing. This is the 3rd house we have bought and used the father and son team and all has been excellent

Kevin was responsive answering questions, the team was overall very quick. we had all loan steps taken care of pretty early before closing, and Kevin was right on time to closing day. Great experience, super nice guy.

I wish that you could have put things together quicker we were told that we would be in our house on June 6th July 28th we were finally in our house I had to live in a mobile camper for two and a half months and it seems like you guys just couldn't get things to work I understand you had problems but I would have hoped that you could have had people who would come look at the house from down here and not up in Colorado springs who didn't want to make the trip.
