Kevin did a great job explaining things from the Loan origination fees to the closing with the title company. This was the first time we were buying investment property and he was excellent at making sure we understood each step of the process! He was very patient that way. Felt like a lot of things fell through and could have been handled differently. I don’t know how the process works but it seemed like several obvious issues should have been caught before being sent to the underwriter.
