Jeff made sure that I knew what was going on every step of our refinance process. He called me several times through the process and was available for questions whenever I needed it. I have worked with Jeff previously and will definitely work with him in the future. Always makes sure we get the best rate possible which of course is always a great thing!

For being not local to me and a 3 hour time difference he communicated with me very well with what little time I have to make calls during the week. It was definitely a long slow process (which is normal) but well worth the wait! Couldn't be happier to have my first home! he even managed to get the interest down quite a bit from what I was originally prequalified at which is fantastic. I would definitely recommend.
