The online applications process was the most simple and intuitive application I have ever used. Seriously, I wish more things were so simple. The team working with Jeff were are super polite and prompt in responding to any of my questions giving me a lot of confidence in them and this big purchase. I will definitely be referring friends and family to Jeff in the future.

The loan process was smooth and quick. Jeff also made accommodations for us since we couldn’t leave the house in order to protect my at risk father from COVID 19.
