He answered every question I had, when I did email him or call him about the home loan he responded back right away, he always checked up one during the process of buying a home, he made the process very easy and stress free. Thanks

We had stressed over and over that we were not your normal home buyer and we had restraints due to my husbands travel. We closed 8 days late which delayed my contractors. Some items were out of everyone's control but their items that should have been handled in a timely manner; i.e. POA and funding of loan. I completely reworked my schedule to fly to Utah to close and we lost another day because funding was not adjusted. Just a lack of customer service when you are not a normal home buyer.
