John made the entire experience very painless. He's very good at building rapport, approachable, and easy to work with. The realtor he recommended was also very experienced. Between the two of them, they took much of the weight off of mine and my wife's shoulders and made what is naturally a stressful process as smooth as possible. I will be recommending both John and Jared to everyone I know in the future.
