I recently had the pleasure of working Jeff and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. As someone who was new to the loan process, I was a bit nervous and unsure of what to expect. However, they put me at ease with their calm and friendly demeanors. My wife and I were buying our first home and had a very limited understanding on how to do so. I was connected with Jeff, and not only did he work with us over the whole process, he answered ALL of our questions, and was able to chat any time of the day. Jeff even showed up at closing to celebrate with us.
