James went out of his way to work with us to help raise our credit scores to as high as they could possibly go in which to reach the lowest possible interest rate before closing the loan. James treated me more as a friend than an adviser.

I had a great interest rate to begin with but then managed to help me refi with nearly a whole percent less than before. In addition, I needed no money down and also received cash back. He's a friend for life.
