I was trying desperately to find a new place and after three years of following the advice at a person from a major lender I was told I could not qualify for the home loan because the downpaymenr money I was saving wS used to payoff medical and credit cards. It was then that this agent suggested I contact James and talk to him about some programs they might have that could pay my down payment and get me in.
