Amanda was so quick to answer questions, never made me feel like I was ignorant due to not ever refinancing before, and made this super painless. I got her all the income information she asked for and she literally did the rest. Easiest transaction I have ever had. All around AMAZING! Will definitely refer her and PRMI to any friends and family looking to buy or refinance a home!

Better communication and all the last minute things from the underwriter should have been avoided. I believe that would have helped for a much quicker closing.

The communication was nonexistent. Every time I had a question it was either overlooked or never answered in a timely manner. I had to reschedule the closing four times due to PRMI not having appropriate documentation, waiting until the last minute to communicate things to me, missing signatures because documents weren't sent in a timely manner and other errors in the process.I did give approval for my partner to handle various things due to my work schedule but felt left out of the conversation
