We were really please with the loan amount we were approved for. The fact that this company does 203k loans. How great Jessica was with everything, she always responded to me fairly fast and was patient and understand. She would come to my home to drop off paper work I needed to get turned in. We has an exceptionally great over all experience with everything.

Very friendly and always quick to answer questions. There was a lot of documentation needed but overall the process went smoothly.

Knowledge of Gerald and Michael along with willingness to share that knowledge. They were both on top of what they/we needed to have for the loan process. This was especially good since I was changing jobs in the middle of it.
