If you are nervous or if you are doubting your ability or qualification, I recommend you give Jerry a try. I couldn't believe that someone was frank, honest, knowledgeable and actually on my side. I do not care what the loan officer makes or what he is in it for, he is worth every red cent! I was sad to see our time end. I still have questions and value his opinion over most. I didn't think that buying a house could be pleasurable experience. I learned so much and am a better person for it. I love my home and my kids had the opportunity to see me accomplish something that no one in our close family had done yet. I did it by myself and have confidence in every thing else I have set out to do since. I could go on and on but you should let Jerry explain and you will see. He treated me like my little loan was as important as any high end transaction. The experience was invaluable and to me, he is the only one to speak to. I do and have recommended him to everyone I know.

Had a great experience working with Jerry from Primary Residential Mortgage. He explained things thoroughly and clearly, was quick to get things done, and was available to answer any questions I had. He saved us quite a bit of money as well. Our closing costs were just a little higher than expected, but he was able to "buy down" to a lower rate for us. So we might've paid a bit more up front, but it'll save so much more in the long run. I'd definitely recommend going through Jerry!
