This was my first time getting a home loan and he was very helpful with explaining everything I didn't know. I've always heard it is very hard and time consuming to get a loan but they made the process seem very smooth and got me in my home before the holidays.

Communication. The team was great at responding in a timely manner but as a first time home buyer I found it difficult to understand the whole process. While the team did their best to answer my questions in terms that I could understand, I often felt as though they kept forgetting that I had never done this before and didn't know any of the terminology they were using. Dispute this, I would still recommend their service because of how thorough they were.
