We wanted to buy our parents’ house from them and during the process they were buying a new house for themselves. It involved a lot of calls between our agent and theirs. It was probably a little overwhelming dealing with not only the traditional demands of clients buying a house, but also the check ins from our parents’ agent, but communication was great between everyone and we closed on the house about a month after we initially came in for a consultation about how to proceed.

There we're delayswe should have neverbeen responsible forpaying for. Ifeel likethe agentswere terrible at communicationand organization. I don'tblame Gerald he tried so hard to make thingsright but it was really impossibleon hisside. Iprobably wouldn'trecommend himagain becausea local lenderwould have beeneasier.but he triedto protectus in a baddeal

Becca was great at communicating. She was always prompt with getting back to me. Becca or one of her colleagues answered the phone every time I called. The application system was intuitive and easy to use.
