Shaun Lyons

Shaun Lyons went to Fredonia State University in New York and studied marketing and finance. Immediately following college, Shaun got into the convention, tradeshow and entertainment business at the Rochester Riverside Convention Center where hard work and excellent service were the keys to success to working himself to a top managerial position. After nine years of service and a series of life changes at the Rochester Riverside Convention Center, Shaun decided to move to Nashville, Tennessee where he accepted the challenge of learning about the mortgage and real estate business.

Shaun spent his first 12 years in the mortgage business as a mortgage broker. He quickly became a nationally ranked top producer and an expert in hard money lending, conventional, government, commercial, renovation, construction, and development loans. He then took on the challenge of working the next four years for a major lender where he learned that bigger is definitely not better when it comes to providing excellent customer service to his clients. For over two years, Shaun had been referring clients to Primary Residential Mortgage, so when it came time to make a change, the decision to work with Primary Residential Mortgage was an easy one because there was already a successfully tested business relationship. He has now worked at Primary Residential Mortgage for 13 years.

Shaun has been married to his wife Colleen for over twenty five years and they have a son, Kyle and two daughters, Chelsea and Marrissa.
 
When Shaun is not working, he enjoys playing drums at his local church and exercising.
