Heather did an outstanding job in every aspect of the mortgage process. My situation was unique and difficult, but Heather seemed to know exactly what to do in every situation. What really made it great was her excellent selection of Patricia Quintana to help us. Patricia's advice to have me attempt to log in to Northern Trust to get my pension statements saved the day. Also, They both had extreme patience with me when I became exasperated with all the required documentation (I still think some is overkill).
