I would have to say that being my first time buying a home, I was not very familiar with the different terms and processes, and needed to be remainded often. Sometimes I was not aware of a certain expense during the process, although it had been explained to me at the very beginning I did not remember. I understand that the brokers do this all the time, but as a first time home buyer I was not familiar with it. I would be great if the brokers could explain things several times.

We absolutely loved working with Armando! He made the whole process easy. Armando calculated both conventional and FHA for us to have options. We are extremely satisfied with the loan rate we got. Armando was the best when it came to communication and keeping us updated. He took the time to answer our questions by emails, text messages and on the phone. He worked really hard for us and had no problem repeating the concepts and explaining everything. He also met the deadlines!
