Better and more timely communication from the team-especially at the end of the process. There were times my emails to Bernadette went unanswered and I had to call to follow up. My attorney was left waiting until the last minute for information from the closing agent to close - hours before we were scheduled to close. Armand was great to work with but I felt the rest of the team seemed hit or miss.
