Jim was patient and informative. He was always available whenever I called and answered my questions quickly and completely. The service I received from him was personal and targeted to my situation. I know he was extremely busy during the time we worked together. But, he always made me feel as if I was his only concern. He did a great job. I can't say enough good things about the service I received.
