Richard was very helpful in getting us preaproved and worked miricles to close the loan in 30 days. He kept us informed step by step of everything we needed to do and guided us through the whole process. He communicated with us almost everyday and kept us informed of the progress.

Richard (Rich) was very helpful through the process of helping my fiancé and I buy our very first home. He is on top of everything always calling to let you know how things are going when he finds out new information on your loan processing. He also goes beyond and even tells you what he thinks of the house. I would highly recommend Rich to anyone buying a house. He is amazing!!!

Richard Maloney was extremely helpful in getting a loan for us. This was our first time buying a home and his experience made the process much easier. The house we purchased was in foreclosure and needed some work done to be approved for an FHA loan. In spite of these hurdles, Rich was able to get us a loan. With each setback in the process, Rich never stopped working on our loan. He was also very diligent and quick. Overall, he did an excellent job.

My experience with Richard was great during the process of purchasing my home.
