Rich was great throughout the entire loan process. He came highly recommended by my Realtor and he did not disappoint. When we first connected, he was actually on vacation. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. I would highly recommend Rich and would definitely use him again if/when the need arises.

I chose Mr. Maloney at the referal of my agent. I worked with him before house shopping to build my credit and have all my paperwork in order. After I had my down payment I began house shopping and he was always faithful to return my calls promptly and seemed knowledgable in laws and regulations.

The experience working with Mr. Maloney was amazing. He is a incredible person to work with. He made my dreams come true when my family and I been let down on becoming first time homebuyers in the past. We turned to Mr. Maloney who promised us and if I can say in many words his promise to me was 100 all the way. He is such a great, amazing, and wonderful lender. I trust this man with any help.
