In the beginning of the process, I felt like the communication was great and things were explained to me but towards the end the communication kind of fell flat. There were things that were needed last minute, that I could have easily had ready or things I had done earlier in the process that I had to redo. I work night shift, and that wasn’t considered when some of the phone calls were made and that was slightly frustrated.
