Jerry was a wonderful person to talk to from the moment I meet him. He never seemed tired of explaining things so I could understand and then sometimes again for my husband. I could call him at any time (things usually go wrong after hours) and he would get the information Or help that I needed. Jerry obviously loves to help people.
