Gerald customer service and assistance was above par. If there is any constructive suggestion I can provide, it will be the following.
Throughout the loan approval process it can be helpful and can help avoid delays by keeping every agent involved in the email chain process.
Group Text can also be helpful. Throughout our process we had redundant texts due to everyone involved texting at different times.
Besides what is described above, we had a pleasant and above par experience.
