And the first time home buyer I was extremely unsure about how the whole process worked. Geneva worked so closely with me and was so willing to answer every question I had. I would email her and she would promptly return my emails I would call her and she would take time to talk to me on the phone. I highly recommend her to every person who needs a home loan. Geneva was in contact for the major events - nothing overwhelming but still kept us updated on what was happening, if anything was needed,etc. Even during these COVID times, she made the process simple.
