We were in a time crunch for closing, as we had to move out of our previous home. Dave promised he could close us in 2 weeks and 2 days, where other lenders we spoke to said minimum of 4-6 weeks. Dave delivered. We were actually ready for closing 3 days prior to our contract closing date. The document delivery system was easy to use and there were no hidden fees come closing day. We would recommend Dave and Primary Residential Lending to all of our friends and family.
