David Epstein and some of his team members that I dealt with have demonstrated a high level of customer service (easy to reach, quick resp)
However, I would like to send out a special thanks to Michelle King for an amazing job, following through resolutions fairly quickly throughout the entire process. She showed great patience and amiable from start to finish.
Considering the fact that I've purchase a home before and went been through this process, overall this experience have been the best one.

Sandra was not only able to help me understand all of the paperwork and process to get my loan, she was kind, courteous, and with me not just 9-5 but at odd hours to make my loan a success in 2 weeks. Sandra made what seemed like a mountain into a mole hill with her guidance and knowledge.
