Sadly, after several weeks working with them, we got the response from the lender, but not on the same page. He gave our Realtor a reason (over the phone), and then, he sent a letter to our Realtor with a DIFFERENT REASON. I don't understand if you didn't qualify for a mortgage loan, you are going to bring 2 different reasons about the denial letter, and wait until Nov. 26 (Closing Date should be on Dec. 2), for a "denial". Worst of the worst, if you, client didn't qualify for something, should be the first thing you should tell them, to stay professional and ethical....Just saying.

It was very stressful towards the end. I kept having to resubmit documents that I had already submitted. I am glad the whole process ended favorably.
