Our Lender- Kerry Salvanto from Primary From the very beginning Kerry went above and beyond for us. She was really patient (I am a first time buyer) and took the time to make sure that we understood every step in the application and mortgage process. I would recommend Kerry to anyone considering buying a home.

Sadly, after several weeks working with them, we got the response from the lender, but not on the same page. He gave our Realtor a reason (over the phone), and then, he sent a letter to our Realtor with a DIFFERENT REASON. I don't understand if you didn't qualify for a mortgage loan, you are going to bring 2 different reasons about the denial letter, and wait until Nov. 26 (Closing Date should be on Dec. 2), for a "denial". Worst of the worst, if you, client didn't qualify for something, should be the first thing you should tell them, to stay professional and ethical....Just saying.
