Nayibe is exceptional at customer service she is very professional and extremely quick answering any questions or concerns that I have. She has a great amount of knowledge and is very eager to be of assistance during the entire process, does not get tired of answering all of my silly questions. I will recommend her highly to anybody that is in the process of buying or refinancing their home.

My experience with nayibe was wonderful. I was closing with another bank and was stuck. Since Nayibe began working with me every thing was easy and fast and I closed in 3 weeks. I stronghly recommend her and I'll do it again with her.
