I had a wonderful experience. The costumer service is excellent and I was able to get a great deal on my loan due to the expertise and care this firm has for it’s customers. Highly recommended!!

The experience should be 5 Stars and was until the Appraiser would not live up to expectations SHE set regarding the delivery of the appraisal. She said she would do it on a Monday afternoon, then she said Tuesday mid day then she said Tuesday by the end of the day. That she did, but sooo late that our closing was pushed to the next week after we had already made moving arrangements. Prime Residential is great!
