We recently worked with Teresa at PRMI to quickly close our mortgage after working with another agent for over 4 months. Teresa quickly helped us to consider the pros/cons of VA vs conventional loan. She was always available, working very efficiently to help me gather and provide the data needed to close. She was referred to me after another successful closing. I would definitely recommend and use her again!

Amazing transaction from Teresa Torres and her team. Buying decisions were changed several times with no complaints or delays from Ms. Torres. Communication was constant and informative, even after hours and on weekends. Ms. Torres was there at our final closing and added her own personal touch to the occasion. Highly recommended.

The experience should be 5 Stars and was until the Appraiser would not live up to expectations SHE set regarding the delivery of the appraisal. She said she would do it on a Monday afternoon, then she said Tuesday mid day then she said Tuesday by the end of the day. That she did, but sooo late that our closing was pushed to the next week after we had already made moving arrangements. Prime Residential is great!
