We recently worked with Teresa at PRMI to quickly close our mortgage after working with another agent for over 4 months. Teresa quickly helped us to consider the pros/cons of VA vs conventional loan. She was always available, working very efficiently to help me gather and provide the data needed to close. She was referred to me after another successful closing.
