I just closed on my new home after renting for several years and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tammy Howard of Primary Residential Mortgage! She goes above and beyond to secure the best loan for you and she works/ answers calls day and night. Not only did she give advice based on my needs and secure the loan without issues she also connected me with a down payment assistance program that brought almost $6000 free money to close! Im not sure if you would qualify for the down payment program but Tammy definitely will take great care of you! The mortgage payment on my new house is much LESS than if I rented, it is in a great area with a huge yard and guest house out back, I am definitely feeling blessed and Tammy played a big part in making it happen.
