I have had the opportunity to work with Theresa on three home purchases. These purchases included two investment properties and one primary residence. In each of the buys Theresa proved to be responsive and expeditious in here approach to the loan. The two investment property were foreclosure purchases and brought with them the issues associated dealing with an out of state bank / seller representative. Theresa navigated her way smoothly through each of the hurtles as presented before her and we successfuly closed each of the loans in an acceptable time frame. The primary residence purchase went off without a hitch. Theresa proved to be proficient in also obtaining multiple sources of funding while still garnering a competitive interest rate. I would recommend Theresa to anyone in need of assistance with obtaining a mortgage.
