Michelle Harms was professional, compassionate, knowledgeable and fast. As a self employed health care practitioner, I was having difficulty being financed through my bank. Michelle Harms researched programs that I would qualify for and was a fantastic advocate throughout the process. She patiently explained all the new mortgage regulations that took effect October 1, 2009. We put an offer on a house and closed in less than 3 weeks! Thank you for all your hard work.
