David Hill was excellent to work with on our recent home loan. He was attentive and took care of the small and large details. He gives very good advise and is knowledgeable about loan process. Other than providing David with the necessary documents, David took care of the rest. I liked the use of electronic documents and electronic signatures that made closing a transaction from another state convenient. David is pleasant to work with and he works hard for his clients. I would recommend him to my closest friends and family with confidence. I really appreciated how David would take care of various loan details when I was not even thinking about them. David was very professional and made the loan process go smoothly.

He was incredibly helpful, understanding and personable throughout the loan process. He was always willing and able to help no matter how ridiculous I thought the question was. We have used him with both of our home purchases and we will not use anyone else with any future loan needs. He made the process smooth and easy. He is great to work with.

He did an awesome job made sure everything we wanted we got and even got us closed early would defiantly go through David again. He was on top of everything and fixes any speed bumps we had. Great person in general and great lender!!

David was awesome to work with, he was always available to answer our questions and explained everything to us in a manner that was easy to understand. He worked very hard for us so we were able to close within a short amount of time. David was very patient and was always very pleasant. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a lender.
