Communication... everything went very smooth, and the constant communication was not expected but was very welcomed. We received updates on a regular basis regarding the status of the process. I would rate it at 11 out of 10. Thank you to everyone involved with our process.

Zach and Geneva were not receptive to our communications. Oftentimes we had forward our emails when they said they needed something from us and never received it. I was highly insulted that when I communicated to Zach my disappointment he just brushed it off and what he did explain his comment was oh, that's our industry norms. Several times in multiple conversations and emails my wife explained certain things and told them what we were and were not interested in. Yet time and time again they would ask us the same questions.
Our old house was never to be in the mix for any contingencies, which was stated in our very first conversation. Somehow it kept coming up, and add the fact that the address they refer to it as, is completely wrong!
We were told by Geneva that she had communicated information to the title company, but in talking with Jessica from C & C Title, she told us that was never done.
I am very glad that dealing with PRMI is over, I would not recommend anyone with the lack of service and responsiveness that we got.

Geneva and Zachary were amazing to work with. They were quick to answer any questions we had and took the time to explain things well. As first time homebuyers that didn’t know anything about the loan process, they made things so smooth and easy!
