The whole process was great. Danny Felton, guided me every step of the way. He advised me things to pay off and to assist my credit to increase. I was nervous because I never thought I would be a homeowner by myself. Danny Felton, and his staff helped with making my dream come true. The day I went on my closing I cried afterwards. I then realized that if you dedicated yourself and follow the steps you can too can be a first time homeowner. I want to thank Danny and the staff for helping me.

The process from the beginning to end, starting with the First Time Homebuyer class. I started in January and closed in June, and throughout it all Danny assured me everything was going to be okay even when I got a lil worried.
