Danny looked at very option possible to get me the right loan. There is alot out there however it's important to ensure the loan is the correct fit for your individual need. I am very excited and pleased. It important to be patience, trust, and believing in the person you're working with. Danny got it done for me and thankful and grateful. Definitely will recommend.

Mr Felton and his team look out for your best interest, when it comes to financing for a home purchase. There are a couple of homeownership grants through the county, their office will do there best to get you qualified. All of the staff are welcoming.

Danny and his team were excellent!! Not only did he find a home for my family, but also a great mortgage and down payment assistance program to make securing a home in the community I was born and raised in affordable. If it wasn't for his team, I may have had to move away.

There was certain things I wished that I know prior closing. It would be best to sit with the client and tell them what kind of mortgage that they are getting with every payment and down payment options. But otherwise the process was smooth. I thank the whole team. Again thank you so much.
