I went into refinancing my home with the hopes of getting at least a two percent reduction in my interest rate. John worked to get me more than the two percent savings, and I was able to take out equity to pay off other debts. Although I thought I was going to pull my hair out through the process, it all came together in the end!!!!! Thank you John and Jhen!!!!!
