dave-desousa and team at PrimeRes did a fantastic job in navigating our real estate purchase in successfully getting the loan and going through escrow. They constantly updated the numbers to account for the changes in the interest rates and locking in the a good rate for the current environment. They also provided good advice in judging the costs and trade-offs in making the purchase. Should we get involved with another purchase we would definitely go with PrimRes.
